    Hey lovelies I know some suffer from seasonal depression and I know things are changing up a bit weather wise and wanted to see how everyone is doing ❤️ How do you handle the weather changes?       I'm from Iowa. So yes I do get all the seasons. Walking does help.

      @NivramI totally get it! We go from triple digits hot to negative digits cold and I prefer the rain and snow lol. I am getting everything set up for winter cause yeah it is usually cold, even have winter clothe washed and ready as well as jackets and boots out lol. @introvertI keep hearing Iowa has gorgeous Fall weather.

      Lol, I can sleep with it open until an owl hoots, I live in Iowa. Owls stop by once and awhile. I 'm feeling better. I also should of made small talk with a girl I saw, I think she liked my top hat. I'm still single. It's really hard to meet anyone in your thirties and I don't go to the bars and I'm terrible at small talk. haha.

      @Diavololol well I am fat and short so I might be related to Santa! lol. I picked up my husbands brothers necklaces today and still have a few more gifts to put together. I shop all year long while everything is on sale so that by the time Christmas comes Im not AS broke as usual lol! I like to do prudent planning lol.

      The former as a prevention.

       

      While your head hurts, Try to lay down on your bed. The darker your room, the Better. The place gotta be very quiet also. With a soft material, like a pillow, a scarf or a piece of fabric, Press gently against your closed eyes. Imagine nice things while doing so. The pressure with a scarf helps a lot if you wrap it around your eyes like a blindfold. You might fall sleep during the process if you are lucky.

      Thank you @Diavolo for all the ideas and @Nivramits been doing this for DAYS straight now. Half the time I wanna cry and the other half throw up. Its starting to drive me a wee bit wonky here xD I even turned off the ceiling fan as the whooshing sound was to loud in my ears to my head.

      Repainted my large baroque styled acoustic bass guitar and finally finished a few of my sheet music books and photography books now posted for sale with my other books on the independent lulu book publisher site. And also posted my new age keyboard music on bandcamp along with all the other music I have there. Yeah!

      I havee ben SUPER busy! I've been planting food, dehydrating fruits, cutting up veggie for quick meal packs for roasts etc, making bread, taking care of hubs and keeping up with my neighbors lol. Also torturing my cats of course with kisses which annoys them lol.
