Biceps and triceps and leg extensions. I'm getting oven roasted chicken breast subway sandwich with provolone and bacon and tomato and onion.  Num num num!!!

Can't wait for my new contact lenses. They were supposed to arrive Monday but the storm interfered. Hopefully I'll get them tomorrow. Shovelled for 4 hours.  Fun.
