I’ve studied a range of beliefs. Including Wicca. Just keep in mind the Wiccan Rede.

“an ye harm none, do what ye will”

Revenge is not something people should do. It will always turn back three fold against you. 🦊

funny thing about that...wicca was made up by a man in the 60s. the 3 fold law is not a valid belief nor is it a rule. it is something that strictly applies to wicca which is basically a young, whitewashed, new age, unbalanced practice.  not to sound invalidating, my intention is to be blunt. all other forms of spiritual practice - whether it be voodoo, hoodoo, Appalachian conjure, santeria, etc whole-heartedly believe that if one fucks around, they may find out accordingly.

now with all this said...the man is a pedophile.

  3. not a favorite line but my favorite little occult easter egg... so my favorite movie is constantine.  and as an occultist who is also an amateur tattoo artist, i am absolutely smitten over the tattoos on his forearms - when put together, they are the alchemical symbol of the red king. tickles my soul

Sad but true. Just consider the number of market influencers and brand advocates. Along with celebrities who shape people’s thinking based on their lifestyles. People worship them and seek to emulate them in many ways. We all need to step back and start thinking for ourselves. 🦊

    i totally agree

Maybe it’s not that but more like conditioning. Humans have become conditioned to act in certain ways. I remember the 1960’s Time Machine film where the Eloi were conditioned to enter the air raid shelters when they heard the siren. They blindly went into a trance walked in. Where the Morlocks were waiting to eat them.

How much of our minds are conditioned to act without thinking? 🦊

thats a very good observation 🙂 not a lot of people notice the mass conditioning... i guess because theyre so wrapped up in being conditions. Their TVs tell them what to do, how to think, how to act, what to where, whats acceptable, and whats to be shunned.

Is it painful getting a tattoo? When I was in the US Army I was tempted to get one but ended up spending the money on drinks 🦊

no its not bad. when i was working up the nerve to do my tattoo i was so nervous about it bc im such a wimp when it comes to pain. A lot of it is positional, too. Certain places are more tender than others.

Well done. Creativity is an amazing thing. I never realised there was such a thing as illegal tattoos. Is it difficult to get registered as a legal tattoo artist?

As for suggestions, I’ll get back to you and post some images. 🦊

yea its super difficult to get an apprenticeship around here. probably because i dont know any tattoo artists personally. ive hear that they risk losing money if their apprentice flops and i think thats why it may be so hard. as for illegal tattoos.. 😞 - yea. i had a self- righteous tattoo artist jump on my case because me tattooing without an apprenticeship is "disrespecting the art form" - like, whatever man. how about "respect the journey"

Alas...ill post pics of what ive done so far. i have to transfer my portfolio from my phone to laptop real quick

First off, I'm sorry to learn about your interrupted plans. I hope you can still become a funeral director.

Also, this information is interesting, Raynu. No sealed casket, huh? I never imagined floating corpses after death. What an interesting world in which we all live.

sorry for the late response. wild, isnt it ? 🙂

(brand new lurker here - hope its okay to drop in some thoughts) I've not yet read the book - so I'll start by saying thank u - I love coming across good reading suggestions.)

I grew up in South Africa which is meant to be 3rd in the world of highest serial killers (I know technically Gein isn't classed as one)  and that fact always surprises because of the sheer brutality which passes for the 'norm' (rape, murder, human trafficking animal cruelty)

So we have our fair share of serial killers and rapists (if interested Moses Sithole, the ABC killer ; is worth reading - very violent) their acts - in my opinion - a reflection of the widespread violence and depravity experienced by millions.

I have moved to the UK - and while I know there is no such thing as a perfect country - I'm always stunned by how much the 'average everyday person' genuinely doesn't have ill will against another and its recently got me interested in the psychology of a society and how the 'big stuff' going on up top reflects in the every day person - for example shortly after the Russian state took over farms and caused wide spread famine in the USSR the world was gifted Andrei Chikatilo

    ....

would love to hear other's thoughts - I completely agree with the other factors as well (mental illness, brain injury, childhood and having the right mix that would make a person want to make nipple belt) but am also curious about how a society can be 'diagnosed' (in a sense) based on the crimes their people commit

love all this input ! i had no idea about the norm of the country you come from. thats very interesting. ive been away for some time, im sad i didnt see this post sooner. welcome ! 🙂
